What is the online deadline to guarantee same-day flower delivery?
Orders must be placed by 1pm (Perth time) Monday - Friday and by 11 am (Perth time) Saturday to guarantee same day delivery locally. Orders for the greater metro area need 24 hours notice. Please call if you wish to discuss your delivery requirements. Corporate Floral is closed Sunday's and public holidays.
If you are trying to get flowers delivered the same day after 1.00pm please call us - we may still be able to help.
In which areas are Corporate Floral Flowers & Gifts delivered?
Corporate Floral prepares and delivers its own flowers in most suburbs within the Perth metropolitan area. In some instances your order may be relayed with another florist. As a member of Interflora and Petals flowers are delivered to almost anywhere in the world. Please note that products, packaging and or containers may vary in some interstate and or regional areas.
Can I order items online for delivery outside Australia?
We do offer delivery of flowers outside WA and overseas. If you wish to place an order please call us on for advice and pricing and the latest information on flower availability on 9354 4041 and we will gladly assist you.
Can you guarantee a specific time for flower delivery?
Corporate Floral cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business; given that correct delivery details have been supplied. A. When placing an order the recipient details will be asked for. If delivery is to a business/school or commercial area please gives appropriate business name, address and contact phone number. If the recipient is leaving before 5.30pm please specify in the special instructions section when entering the recipient’s details.
What happens if the recipient is not at home when their flowers are delivered?
If the recipient is not home or there is no access when the delivery is made the flowers or gift will be left at the recipient’s front door if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so. Otherwise, a calling card will be left on the recipient's door or in their letterbox asking them to call us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Additional Charges may apply.
What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Re-sending may result in addition costs to you.
Will my flowers look exactly like the picture I chose?
The photographs featured are designed to give a general guide for style and colour. At all times we endeavour to create as close as possible the design you have selected. However blooms may vary according to seasons or our quality standards in which case a substitution of equivalent quality and value may be necessary.
Delivery Fees are included in the total cost of floral items. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
